was same for me in the gnw, but i just needed to wait for like 2-3 min for it to load up then i could join.

for me there is always a protocol error and closes the window, I have relogged, cleared the cache, but nothing solves

Hi! Thank you so much for taking the time to provide screenshots and reporting the issue. Can you by chance report it directly to Customer Service, they can be found here. They will be able to troubleshoot the problem with you to work on a solution. Another solution I always like to try first is to try installing the older client and see if it resolves your issue. You can find the older client here.
