  • Sailor Sakura is good enough to work with any team, especially if the OP is a Water Main.

He/She has enough for getting both, but maybe doesnt want to spend all to be able to keep some, in that case i would probably go for the cloth, because lucky board is probably the event that values your coupons the most and sailor sakura is always showing up in events
