Anbu clothing would be the best option if you're aiming for power. It comes to preference in the end, as a free 2 play myself power over ninjas because you can slowly piece ninjas together with time, which in fact saves you more coupons in the long run and you can buy the rest later.

Although power over ninjas is always first, ask this question if you think sailor is worth over the anbu. Once you get her, do you have a team already in mind to increase the competitiveness of your team and deliver more wins in comparison to your current team?

This is assuming you have enough by the end of wednesday to get either one of them. If not, slowly piece anbu.

When you say you want sailor sakura, do you have a team in mind? And what is you current main team/s?

I'd say Sailor Sakura, she is the 2nd best healer in the game, you pick her up asap you'll be able to use her with Poison Tai which is lets be real, amazing.

Even though the general consensus for coupon spending is Power > Ninjas, Sailor Sakura's a solid enough character that she might be worth getting anyways.

But if OP doesn't have any ninjas at this moment that works with sailor, they have to work harder to get the other ninjas to form the team, which is why me and SumTingWong asked what ninjas they have to even consider choosing ss over anbu before the end of wednesday.

You have enough for both..... anbu is around 3.5k you could even get it for less.

Sailor Sakura is good enough to work with any team, especially if the OP is a Water Main.

He/She has enough for getting both, but maybe doesnt want to spend all to be able to keep some, in that case i would probably go for the cloth, because lucky board is probably the event that values your coupons the most and sailor sakura is always showing up in events

sailor sakura for azure fang and crimson fist is a MUST HAVE ninja regardless your power, the point is if is this one the event to get it and my reply is a no.

If you aim for power the best place to invest your coupons currently are myoboku scrolls in konoha gift shop if you are over 70k, if you are under 50k go for lucky board and get charm packs (if your charm levels are under level 5) and sakura fragments with what's left. Anbu cloth is worth it only if you are over 70k power but not this event since konoha gift shop gives us a better option.

Clothing is good all the time. I had 62k and gained 600 power from Summer Sai outfit. Its a flat power boost.

Just go for both.

Now that I think about it teamwise, I'm not 100% sure if my current roster is fitting for S!Sakura yet. I've got no super rares, and only a handful of rares (Mu, Rasa, Sage Naruto, Jigokudo, Kinkaku) - I've been very cautious with my current seals and am waiting for the future treasures.

So I think anbu would be a better choice rn.

The point is, are you sure myoboku scrolls will be there again in future events? And if they will be will they be there with a cheaper price than 10 coupons each one? No. Are you sure anbu fragments will be there in future events? Yes, and will they cost 80 coupons per fragment like in this event? Surely no and surely they will go down in price per fragment. So, if you are over 70k power, as garv said, the answer is myoboku scrolls that with 6k coupons used grant you way more than 1500-2000 power anbu cloth grants, overall because you are sure to use them in page 1-8 due to myoboku introduction in this event. The issue is where to use coupons to get the best outcome in an event.

What is your power and your charm levels?

Because depending on your reply then anbu cloth isn't necessarily the best option for power.

P.S.the cost of 1 ffragment of sakura in this event is absurdly high (45-50coupons per fragments), there are events where you can get even one fragment per 30-35 coupons.
