No lol its a bug. Pakura is another ninja who uses scorch release.

I'm mostly curious if there's been any word about chasing these ninjas that aren't in the game yet. Will the frags register and show up when they're put in the game or if given the choice should you just choose the boring kimimaro or whatever else since that lame something would be better than the nothing?

Im also wondering about that too.

Hi! That is actually a really good question. I have asked the team and received a proper response (this answer is also posted in the bug/support section found here).

As many of you noticed, there are some new chase missions you have not seen before for new ninjas that were not added yet. These chase missions were not supposed to be released yet and is a bug. I would like to highly recommend all players to ignore new ninjas and focus on the older ninjas for now.

"Claiming new missions may lead you to locations that are not added in the game and you may as well lose those fragments. This problem will be fixed next week. "
