I have an anbu clothing now which is my first clothing so far. I want to get summer clothing as well but my question is if I were to get it, do the bonus attributes it provides stack with the anbu clothing and other clothing I might get in the future?

It states on the UI when you're on one of the tabs for the clothing that shows all the stats.

To answer your question though, the bonus does stack for all clothing you obtain and the bonus attributes will affect each ninja in your lineup.
