US servers have to deal with German text so I feel it's only fair that you have to deal with Chinese text. :P Just kidding, but US servers are also getting the Chinese text during chase missions plus chasing ninja from the GNW pack that we don't have yet.

Most likely the Germany server got lazy as well with the translations from Mandarin so our server got those as well as the translations germany did for their server.
