In 4.0 the minus resistence has doubled???

So im a fire main and had trouble beating water teams after 4.0 and when I saw today I had not -10% I have now -20% on water resistence which makes a lot difference since I really notice that damage I get from water teams...why no one said anything about this because this is big set back for some of the players...

elemental resistance, by defualt, was -20% also before 4.0 (you needed 5 +4 elemental resistance to get a +0)
