Hi,

I just lost a whole set of arena stars because I got locked into a arena battle I couldn't get out of. I refreshed my browser 4 times and and kept loading back into the same fight right back into the arena. I finally just closed my browser completely and that work but when I went back into the arena I lost a whole set of stars. Guess that means the player I was fighting probably gained a whole full set of stars.
