Can anyone explain how turn in battle system work, ive been wondering since i have enemy with same level and im in top front while him at bottom front in formation which mine naturally goes 1st, why he's mystery active before mine

Also if the mystery skill has it will be first.

well i can accept tht if its normal battle, like when u plunder, convoy or ranked arena.. but its arena im talking about which eqmt shud not be have any effect.. anyone can explain this
