I confused; what is better,

Unparalled= Boosting Summon [ +/- 25-40K + %50 = 50-80K(almost -with critical- attack) ]

Oboro Clone= Giving extra standart attack also [ 12K/20-24K x 2= 24K/40-48K (with critical "20-24K" ) ]

Well...

Which I should select passive?

BONUS: What I must use for NTI, Anko( +29% NIN; 5 Stars ) or Mei( +41% NIN; 3 stars ) ? Actually, I am thinking for NTI Mei, for GS Anko...
