What gives? We only have 3 days to reach lv 40 and on top of that, there was an 8hour maintenance on the 3rd day.

Is this a bug or what?

Unfortunately, It was a scheduled maintenance that was announced prior.

It was also a rare occasion being a major update.

We can't extend the new server events, unfortunately.
