I went for anbu clothing in lucky board( I previously had some frags). I collected the data I got if it helps anybody in deciding what to go. This is a rough *ysis.

So basically i spent 2900 coupons and got 145 dices which yielded 965 points. So 1 dice roughly gives 6.6 points and since there was a very rare case of 100 points in 10 rolls, I am taking 6.5 to be the rough average per dice. 25 points for 1 frags, so for 50 frags you will need 1250 points. 1250 points would need approximate 192 dice. Over the week you can collect 14 free dices and you would need 178 dices and 3560 to entirely synthesize anbu clothing from lucky board.
These values are not considering the value of the items obtained from the board. I didnt keep track of drops for the first few dices. I obtained following things for 120 dices.
no of drops | value | Total value

I havent accounted for the starting point, free roll, reverse direction etc. So there might be a mismatch between total items obtained and number of dices. But overall for the 2400 coupons I get more than 2000 coupons value item. I havent put value for some things, because I dont know the market price of these items. If any of you know it I can add it. The values I have put are maximum prices, and most of these things are available at much more discounted prices.
Now for 2900 coupon( here its 2900 because its overall case, and in earlier case i hadn't kept account for drops of 500 coupons worth of dice) I got total of 25 lucky ninja packs.
Lucky ninja pack | 25 | for | 2900 coupons

Around 1796 coupons worth of things from lucky ninja packs corresponding to 2900 coupon spending in this event. Here again its a rough value and I haven't added values for some items as i am unsure. So take it with a pinch of salt.
Overall as said by many people over time, this remains one of the best events of the game. If you want to find out value of anything in this board use average value of 6.5 per dice. Counting the board drops and packs this seems a great event. Does this make sense? If it does it might help you to make decisions for this weeks lucky board.
Assuming it's a fair board, which as far as I can tell it is, then about 6.6 is the theoretical average as well. You get this by adding up the points each square gives then dividing by 22, to account for the two free roll spots. Though that doesn't take into account moving from the doubling square only being able to go to certain spots or how the doubling square and the reverse direction square combined with the starting square mean that some spots are more likely to be landed on than others for a given number of dice.

There are 19 proper redeemable items in the board which gives 5 points which would be a total of 95 points. There are 5 functional grids including the starting point which gives 10 points which give 50 points. That's total of 145 points. 145/ (19+5)= 6.04 points per roll if its not a biased board. But we are getting roughly 6.5 average, so is it a biased board? However it be, it still gives great value for the coupons spent even if you leave out some things which might be redundant for a particular person.Bias in the board might be introduced by the functional grids.
I rolled 220 dices yesterday and i got 10 kirin frags , 12 seal scrolls , 18-20 summoning scrolls , 20 seal frags , 39 summoning frags , around 30 charms material pack frags , a lot of lvl 2 and lvl 3 magatama packs , 7 lvl 3 runes packs , 10 stamina potions , 40 lucky ninja packs from which i got a lot of lvl 5 and lvl 4 magatama and 30 cave keys the other stuff that I got I don't remember. From 220 dices i got around 1400 points with which i redeemed all optional refines packs and some charms material packs. I got 2k+ battle power increase and i used all my refines and charms for the rebates. I'm satisfied with this months' lucky board and I will probably spin around 100 more dices till the end of the event.
Probably small sample size, and not board bias. I got 915 pts from doing 154 rolls. Not a single roll 10 has been above 65 points.
Also, how did you count free rolls? I only bought 138 dice (plus the 2 free daily for 140), got 14 extra rolls for free.
So if we take the average 6.5 pts per spin that's 3.07 coups for a point.
Yep 3.07 coupons per point.
The board might be biased due to functional grids. But that doesnt matter since it makes the board better overall considering all the board items and ninja packs.
Hidan frags are 60 points. That would be 60/6.5 = 9.23 dices which is 9.23*20=184 coupons per frag.. I dont know his normal price. So I can't make a judgement as to how good this price is.
Well i purchased 3600 cupon (180 dice) and got enough to exchange 42 ambu outfit frags and 9 sailor sakura (i already had 8 frags from past events) and i also didnt get tobirama but i got alot of magatama and stuff, and the juicy seal scrolls got like 20 and 9 kirin frags!.
