Minato Paralysis is an type Error . it should Knockdown ,Interupt and Tag only

He still do 5 hits but a condition is set target must be in Tag status if its not Tag he wont do 5 hits... also after hitting tag target 5hits the status will get removed from the target preventing it to get abuse/murder too much by Ay ....

last i recall.. he wont do 5 hit if there is no tagged ninja around (before the update). He does 3 hits and tag a target if no tagged target. If there is a tagged target he will do 5 hits and the tag disappear. That why people use samui to tag a target b4 ay normal attack launch so he will do 5 hits instead of 3. Then after his 5 hit is done the combo will start with his high float and samui chase will put a new tag on the target which allow ay to do another 5 hit atk right after the chase is over. So, when i see they remove the 5 combo word i think "oh now ay cant do 5 hit anymore? (which mean he will be absolutely useless in pretty much everything, since his lighting armor cool down is 3 round and his normal 3 hit do very limited damage). However, i saw that they use the word "attacks" (plural) so maybe he will still do 5 hit? Which mean nothing change at all? Now i am all confused. Thank for the response. ^^

Well he still can interupt even not that AOE happen . also root last for 2 round only , so you c4n use it after root gone .

consider he doesn't have any chase a single interruption has very limited use (since his price is not cheap). Also, most fight end in 3-4 rounds (at least for me it is around 3-4 rounds) , so unable to tag for first 2 rounds make minato hokage look like a neji without chase (although his atk and combo is great still it cant verify his cost). As for a team of jinchuriki, there arent anything minato can do. unless he is extremly lucky to tag the main otherwise he wont be doing any aoe atk for the whole fight. So sum up, in my honest opinion minato 4th hokage usability doesn't verify his cost at this moment.

Mystery is buffed to cross field rather than just opponents lineup. The wording is funky but he still gets two attacks. Before each action(essentially his standard) a random unit will be tagged. The wording treats it as more of a set up rather than an extra standard. Just know, he is God Tier for Wind.

Paralysis would make him busted plus it wouldn't make any sense since it isn't lightning attribute lmao. If anything they could stun selected unit and interrupt everyone else if that unit was tagged. These buffs are directly from CN though. I hardly fight root teams anymore tbh. When you do 2 rounds of blitz is fairly easy to endure with the proper setup. He isn't meant to be uncounterable though. No ninja is. So yes while a set up for his mystery is necessary its well worth it if you can hit a tagged unit. His mystery hits 9 units cross field btw rather than just the opponents lineup.
