1. How often can you get the returning rebates? (is it every 14 days of inactivity).. i want to maximize the returning rebates as much as posible

2. Do you guys still create new servers? (in my case my laptop broke so i stopped playing for now, which really *s since 4.0 is coming). I'll probably start over in a new server so that's why i'm asking if you guys still create new servers all the time since i saw a thread back then that said that you guys stopped doing it.
