1＃ Go To1. How often can you get the returning rebates? (is it every 14 days of inactivity).. i want to maximize the returning rebates as much as posible
2. Do you guys still create new servers? (in my case my laptop broke so i stopped playing for now, which really *s since 4.0 is coming). I'll probably start over in a new server so that's why i'm asking if you guys still create new servers all the time since i saw a thread back then that said that you guys stopped doing it.

HI! I am actually not sure about returning rebates, so I will need to ask, but as you suggested, there is a specific period of time you need to be away to get it. However, it is normal that playing regularly will be more beneficial for yourself in the long run.
In order to ensure that players, new and old, has the opportunity to play on new servers, new servers will be created regularly to accommodate for the demand. You can find the new opened servers in the News Section, Found Here.
