Mission boxes < I've never actually calculated how much. But you can save some coupons for a few free frags.

He's not always on Mission boxes, probably rotate with some other ninjas.

pls ignore the 2nd poster. never go for mission gift box - pure RNG is a bad choice for a ninja that you really want.

minato is cheapest so far in fateful choice, if lucky you can get him at 9k, else about 11-13k

Getting Minato from the mission gift box is not RNG. I believe they are talking about the mission dealer event where you can buy the Mission Gift Boxes to get points to then redeem towards Minato.

Yeah this Mission dealer is a good event, i bought Mask Man in this event, ~2k higher than other event but it give lots of good things in the process. Do Minato appear in this event too ?

Mission gift box is not RNG. You get a fixed amount of points for each mission and mission box.

Minato appeared few times. But yeah, like you said, mission dealer is a good event. I got 11 minato frags for free (without buying any mission boxes) last time they had minato in mission dealer event

Whether or now you know this but you get can get items and ninjas alongside points for the missons event. If you did know this, phrase it clearly since a lot of people still fall for the RNG trap. Trying to spend just to get the ninja inside the box is RNG but building the amount of points from the missions boxes to spend on the redeem store is not RNG.
