Masked man was when Obito attacked Konoha and Minato fought him. This was before he became Tobi. I could still see him being considered Akatsuki though since Kage Gaara is considered a Jinchuriki in game even though his model is from the 4th GNW where he had already lost the 1 tail.

Actually no Gaara was Kazekage even before the events of shippuden but the particular model is from the GNW arc so realistically he shouldn't be a Jinchuriki

Thanks for the correction. That's what I was going for, normal Gaara 3 star+ would be just before/ at the time of him losing the 1 tail and Kage Gaara would be his outfit from 4th GNW.
