I agree with Kuro, that wind lineup has low skill requirement and easy wins against up to 10k more bp opponents.

If you are skilled and your initiative is not low then the azure fang lineup is better.

My suggestion is to use skewering and lightning tiger instead of regenerative healing jutsu and dog of hell.

The reason is that your enemies if can control you will go for your main, so you won't be able to use healing mystery in round 2 regardless, so you will be compelled in using sakura's and if your enemy is heavy shielded or temporarily immune with skewering you can chaos their main breaking that way almost every non p2w lineups.

Why not dog of hell? Because your lineup is an heavy cc based one, so you absolutely don't want naruto to start a combo on a ninja you don't want to control nor you want him to combo a roshi or a naruto ninetails chakra.
