I'm currently theorycrafting a team for 100 Puppet Sasori, and the best I can think of atm is to team him with Wind Main for a round 1 mini nuke. But I feel like my current theory team is lacking in some ways.
My current theory team in move order is as follow:
Iruka, Wind Main, Deidara, Sasori (Talent - 4, ?, 3, 2, ?, Chameleon)
Round 1 - Either use Wind Main's mystery to nuke, or use Iruka to interrupt Tenten/Tendo/Other Round 1 nukers; Use Deidara's mystery to follow up
Round 2 - Use whichever of Iruka or Wind Main mystery not used in round 1
Round 3 - Use Sasori's mystery to restock on puppets
Problem 1: The missing talents - What should I put for these missing talents?
Problem 2: A flat round 2 after bursting out of the gates in round 1 - Who can I use in place of Iruka so that I can better utilise round 2? Or is Iruka the optimal choice?
The thing is you need to look at Sasori's strengths and weaknesses and look at ninjas that are going to work around that. Your theorycrafted team has no synergy, and doesnt work to buff sasori's weaknesses.
What's sasori good at? Flooding your field with units, surviving single target burst, slowly wittling away with poisons
What's sasori bad at? me
So the best thing to begin with is to look at other ninjas that actually complement his strengths and weaknesses.
Try Choza, Danzo, Sasori 100 puppets and whatever main you prefer. Each time a puppet dies Danzo recovers chakra and Choza gets health and powers up. Danzo buffs Sasori damage. And Choza provides a meat shield for puppets. I would recommend running either water main or earth main to provide either shields or further healing.
You can run sasori with wind main with GNW Kank, Chiyo as sasori will keep healing all puppets on the field, but the synergy is minimal. I have never found a good wind main sasori 100 puppets team, and I've really tried.

But I never said that Sasori's supposed to be the main star in my theorycraft. If anything, I believe I was trying to get him to support Deidara (prep the field with ignite chase) and the Wind Main (again, to contribute to wind main's round 1 mystery by chasing).
