Waifu..if you have any solid evidence of what happened like images or something, although its hard to prove in this case, just provide it to your server GL(game liasions)...He has the responsibility to report bugs. If you dont have prove, try to get some if it happens again. Anyway just find your GL and ask him to report it. They will definitely get it sorted but I am not sure about the time frame(involves a huge communciation chain).
