Hi there! There's already someone, maybe 2 or 3 times i saw this kind of thread about the Coins instead of getting Coupons Plunder error scenarios .. But, in order for you to pursue this kind of error, you must have a solid evidence showing that you really plundered a SS convoy thus getting Coins .. I, for example got the same scenario in the past where i plundered my friend (he permitted me to plunder him since i really need coupons that time), and we're really sure that he run SS and i plundered him with SS convoy .. Unfortunately, after we got into the battle, he retreated to finish !t fast and he got disconnected during the process, shockingly, when i noticed the notification on the chat bar, i saw that i got coins, and not coupons .. I wanted to report it here, but when i entered the Bug/Error Section and also here in General Discussion, there's already a thread regarding this issue, and they say that it is needed a proof of this incident which i don' have, resulting for me to just move on and forget about this kind of error ..

To the game developers, and also moderators(although i know you have no control in the overall performance of the game but just please, make a report about this kind of error), this Plundering SS Convoy and getting Coins error has been in the game for what, months or even years, and i always see that the response from you guys are only in the lines of "Maybe he's not being honest with you when you asked him, Maybe you mistakenly clicked a S convoy, Maybe you got excited and clicked a S convoy" which is possible since(for the benefit of the doubt of this being a real problem), when you're at the Plunder Window, refreshing, if there's a S and SS convoy showed at the same time in your window and the moment you clicked the SS but... and take note this but... someone faster than you already clicked the Plunder SS convoy, there's a chance that in your Plunder Window, the SS convoy will vanish eventually and the S convoy will go up, making you click the S instead of the SS, which also happened to me once .. But, having numerous reports of this kind of error should be given attention since yes, one or two reports maybe they're dumb and clicked the S because of excitement, human error literally speaking, but three four five and so on and so forth, man, maybe the reports are true ..

I'm no Mr. IT Expert nor Computer Geek, but from my understanding, some parts of the codings or programs of the game, tend to do a glitch, or a error once in a while, and maybe this "Scenario Error Thing" is one of them, this should be payed attention since this part of the game is one of the vital parts, ultimately for the F2Ps .. Spending hours for waiting SS Convoys is hard to do, missing the enjoyment of hanging out with fellow players in the village just to get some of the coupons for them to buy their needs or of some sort of needs ..

I, as part of this community wants to see further developments and updates of this kind of error resolving cases, i don't want this game to tarnish because of the Errors and Bugs, infesting the game, thus making me this crazy to type long novel response xD dang, i only intended to say "nah, you're not the first to have that problem", but in the end, unknowingly, i typed all the way long novel kinda thing and forgot to continue doing Convoy and the time's over for afternoon Convoy xD .. Well, that's my opinion and peaceout v^-^

Well, I doubt any proof from our screenshots will prove it for them. I'm pretty sure they know about it but there's nothing to be done as they can't fix the codes.

Waifu..if you have any solid evidence of what happened like images or something, although its hard to prove in this case, just provide it to your server GL(game liasions)...He has the responsibility to report bugs. If you dont have prove, try to get some if it happens again. Anyway just find your GL and ask him to report it. They will definitely get it sorted but I am not sure about the time frame(involves a huge communciation chain).

I do have to agree that if you guys have any screenshots of this nature on the bug you are trying to report, I highly recommend either reporting it on the bug/support thread or reporting to customer service directly. Only then can we review each case and find a solution if one is needed.
