I would wait. The costume will show up in future events and may be at a cheaper price. It's better to get the it at an event with a fixed price for it. I think it is expensive to get the costume from the tree and its a chance thing so it's hard to get it at a cheap price unless you are lucky and manage to get coins for every drop.

If you decide to save your coupons and wait for lucky board (the week after the new week) and if it shows up, most likely you'll be able to get it since summer break was typically around 5k and anbu will most likely be priced similar.

I spend all my coupons on lucky board so I am hopin it will be there

i spent 2.2k on tree event i gt 35 frags . maybe i can gt around 3k or less if i use my coupons but i save for lucky board . i want hashirama!

I havent spent any coupons on the tree yet i have just done every free thing so far to get all the coins i could

If you haven't invested in the tree, I would recommend saving it for other events like Lucky Board. The Konoha Great Tree and its new changes are great especially if you invest a lot into it, but if you are not planning to, then I would wait =p

Yeah! I think that too, mine was 2.2k for 31 frags .. and now i'm hoping that the anbu frags shows in any events now :D
