they no such thing . it's just based on luck . last time i spent just around 600-700 coupons to gt ninja. mostly low lvl/bp spent less or on free draw .

there’s no such thing as luck, its all about rng so you better pray to the rngesus for something :D

But about the spinning after the maintenance theory, well that is one of the many theories players saying but there's no such thing, it's a RNG base(Luck-based) event so just hope for the best .. But, i have a theory that i think is most likely happening, for example in my server, those who will spin 50th, 150th, 250th and so on and so forth will get Sasuke Susanoo fragments, those who will spin 350th, 650th, 950th spin will get Minato Jonin fragments .. That's how they can manipulate the drop rates of the said items .. (Ohcrap! Another conspiracy theory of mine, hope i will not get banned here xD wahahahahahhahaha!!!)
