I've seen Wind main, Gaara, Temari(Five Kage Summit) and GNW Kankuro with refresh.

Round 1 Garaa.

Round 2 Temari, (Kakuros chases giving an extra 40 charka) then use Garaas mystery. Ending with a refresh letting you do it again round 3.

This Team can be shut down pretty easy from control though as your only form of cleansing is refresh if you don't get controlled can be a heavy hitter.

Hello at your current state the best option is to go Lightning Main with Iruka - Sasuke - Kimimaro.. One of the oldest powerful f2p teams!!
