Well first you should consider changing to another character; From the current ninjas you have i would recommend switching to Wind main.

For starter you can try the below lineup. Talents : 3-3-4-3-4 (Dog of Hell) . You c*so try the 3-3-4-4-4 since that passive will recover life 2x each round.

Actually this formation works better with (Flood Dragon) summon but since you dont have him yet; still Dog of hell will be decent enough with this lineup

Also you can try other wind lineups to change Gakido with Temari Five Kage Summit or GNW Kankuro

sadly you miss always 1 of the ninjas that should grant you a viable team for arena (you don't own mifune to run the root of warrior kimimaro, danzo, mb lineup, you miss bee sst to run the gaara, minato hokage, CF/AF/BD lineup, you miss roshi to run the kurotsuchi, roshi, wb asuma lineup with BD, etc...). The only one i see among yor current ninjas is the same Otsutsuki talked about, but not with that distribution on the field.

But since you own darui you could focus in lightning treasure and run the cloud blitz team with ay 3rd, samui and darui with MB.

Anyways, the BD lineup requires you to place the ninjas this way:

since what you want is to let gakido survive and to let gakido clears debuffs the latest possible during the round.

talents can be different, but for example one set that works is: 32134 with dog of hell as summon

Wind Main is how I got to Kage super fast because of my talents and ninjas. I used Gaara, Minato, and I sometimes changed between Sage Naruto and Jigokudo. I destroyed so many teams but one of the factors I might have forgotten to include is Iniative.
