I have leveled up to level 20 but now I want to change my name and I don't want to have to make a new character to be able to change my name, So I was wondering is it possible to change your name? If it is than how?

After a certain level you get a free name change to use at anytime you choose but you only get one for free then you would have to buy the next one. I believe after level 23 or so you get the free name change or its in the "newbie pack" if you havent already opened that at the start of the game This post was last edited by Nine Tails Naruto at 2016-8-24 09:50

I believe that a Rename Card is given to you at some point during the early quests (Unless they removed it). Using a Rename Card will allow you to change your name once. If you don't have a Rename Card, you can buy it from the shop for 375 coupons/ingots.

They didn't remove this feature of the game it's still there but I believe after around lvl 20 you get the card
