If you are a player not using money, then you will have to wait since he costs a lot of coupons. You will have to save your coupons for awhile since the price range for him in Great Tree isn't good to know his average price.

He is around 13K ~ 15K coupons/ingots depending on your chance for points.

He's around 20k. More or less (think more though 20-21k). Majority of the new ninjas released will have this price tag, keep that in mind.
