Hi there! What Team Instance are you talking about? I mean what kind of Team Instance? ..
If you're talking about the Brother's Farewell Team Instance(32k+), I'm using Blitz Team(Darui,Mifune,Guy) with Beam of Light as the Standard attack, lined in the middle to target Sasuke or Itachi .. Thus, killing them within the first round..
Ad if you're talking in other Team Instances(below 32k), I'm using Pain - Tendo with Konan and Hashirama, when i'm helping my groupmates with their TIs, it can oneshot all enemies in round 1 :D

You c4n also use Danzo, if you have him but if not, Sasuke will do fine .. Or any ninja that gives additional buff like +Tai or +Nin, cuz your ob
jective with the Brothers TI is to kill Uchihas fast so they will not bring your team to doom
