How does the bracket work

So there have been some group consolidations on my server lately which resulted in only 3 groups signing up for Ninja War this week.

My group Beat both groups in the preliminaries. and the other groups went into the semi final brackets for Saturday with 1-win and 1-Loss.

So.. how would you think that bracket should break ... which team should get the Bi- the undefeated team.. or one of the teams that lost a round..

Well according to this games stack system.. The undefeated team has to fight again to get into the finals, and one of the teams with a loss gets a bi- into the final round..

Seriously thats messed up.
