of course it is, it boosts all your ninjas by 30% (all of them are swordbearers) and give you a clearing buffs uninterruptable mystery, but i would suggest you to put mifune in 1st prompt move and to use the acupuncture mystery with main in 2nd prompt move (paralysis mystery don't give you anything more than darui's mystery, it's a not useful clone of it in this team).

P.S. The kimimaro version of that team, generally speaking, uses Danzo over Darui so that let you use the swordbearer passive of mb with 100% sureness to deliver it to the ninjas you want, and uses danzo mystery to let your mifune or main survive if needed. If you want to use swordbearer passive and keep darui i suggest you to use Guy in Mifune place, but is a bit suboptimal.

P.S. 2: If you want to keep darui and get a better outcome i would suggest you to get iruka as your 4th ninja and run the blitz team version that uses mifune/wb asuma, darui and iruka, with main in 1st prompt move, lightning armor, lightning enhancement or swordbearer boost, rhino and bloodthristy demon passive.
