so she starts around 2400-2800 to roughly 3200 cps.
30% off is pretty good. 40% is possible, but rare. I've never seen 50% off. I dont know if anyone has ever got her at 50% off.
you can do part of her for 30% and wait for 40% on another day.
But it's better to have 3.2k cps ready just in case.

To be precise, each of her fragments costs 36 coupons at 30% discount. 36*80 = 2880.
Just in case someone asks about GNW Tenten, 30% discount of her frag costs 31 coupons. 28 coupons for Iruka.
Most ninjas are only up to 30% discount. Exceptions are the not-so-popular ninjas that have up to 40% discount like Sage Jiraiya, KT Orochimaru, etc.
Note: These were the prices I had from last month's Treasure of the Sage event.

i wouldn't think they would do 50% on any ninjas anyway.

You can check out the little info buuuuttttton when you open the treasure of the sages event what is the maximum amount of discounts a ninja/item can receive if you're curious in the future.

I don't know about that, I got about a little less than half her frags from Lucky Board spending about 1.8k coupons the first time she popped up there.
I already had 47 frags from the mission mobilization event prior so :x -
