Just like what PraiseLuka said, Ultimate Training is the only way to get it for now. I highly recommend keeping them as they are a great tool to use when reforging Ninja Tools.

I just reached lv80 and wasted 12 essence for only 2 gold reforge and found that i can increase success rate with other tools that we got in TI.
I will save other 9 essence now haha.
But do you know if we get any essence from other places after future update like in 4.0 ? or maybe later ?

we will get sooner or later, kage TI, whose hard mode drops grant comparable if not better secondary stats.
we should also get very soon the last part of UT (up to 54000 power).
