I didnt get my win and lost 3rd place in Sage

okay, I'll also report this to report part but there's also a bug I guess so posting.

today (11/7/2017) I was at sage like every other player here. I was doing my 5th fight, and then I had 1 min non-moving thing of ninjas and then someone attacked me while I was waiting for our ninjas to move. I can understand if he droped or something happened, but I didnt get my win

then I was doing okay and got 10 streaks. at the table I was the 3rd so I didnt do any fights because the time was up already I couldnt fini* anyway. when I saw the results, I didnt get seal scroll because other guy had the same point as me.

I was shown 3rd at the right-side scoreboard and 4th at the rewards. BUT there's one match that didnt count for me! if I could get points from the fight somehow droped without giving win, I'd be 3rd place for sure.

now you'll most probably ask for screenshots or something, how can I take screenshots something that happened for the first time to me? you should check your database of today's sage battlefield of server720 and watch my fights (if you really have the records which you should have) so there's a bug here for not giving points at sage battlefield and also losing me a seal scroll which is important.

I am waiting for a good reasonable response from you guys because this pissed me off.
