1＃ Go Toon Utakata he has a FIXED chance of causing 10 combo , ive only ever seen him do 8 , so what is a fixed chance , is it high , low , average

The thing with "fixed" chance is that it is unaffected by the combo stat. Whereas high or low would be affected by the combo stat, with high having either a bigger ba
se value to go from or scale better with the stat. So by itself, fixed does not imply either high or low and varies from ninja to ninja.

I don't know the real values or anything, but if i was to give some % ba
sed on my own experience i would say: chance: 30% (most basic atks)
fixed: 50% (Utakata's standard atk, etc...)
high chance: 80% (yugito nii's standard atk, etc...)
very high chance: 90-95% (masked man & minato evading passives, etc...)
Certain hit: 100% (sage naruto standard atk, tsunade hokage mystery, orochimaru traitor mystery, neji GNW mystery, etc...)
Fixed chance won't be affected by combo stat and certain hit won't benefit from it as it's already 100%.

Since when is Hokage Tsunades Mystery a certain hit? I've seen her miss plenty of times.
