1＃ Go ToI will get 60 in 2-3 days, and i have a plan to spend all my seal scroll to the Cloud Treasure because i heard that with 210 pull, this treasure provide a ready-to-go line up with Samui Omoi Ay 3rd with LM or EM. But which main is more useful/powerful for this lineup ?

At level 65, I'm pretty sure. At level 60 you get Sage Treasure.
JIn 1, 2 and Lightning are at the same number of pulls.
But I would recommend to get Roshi more than Lightning Treasure. It's up to you though.
Roshi is more useful to all types of battle.

Back to topic. MB is probably best suit to buff 3rd Ay.

Elaborate?
Earth main's two passives can make 3rd raikage more tanky due to the defense and resistance buff and gives a nin and attack buff if they have shields. Also the 4th skill for the mystery gives shields and 40 chakra.

yep, you c*e or the 4th mystery for 40 chakra and shield or the 2nd mystery for double standard and debuffs removal (that's a very serious problem of Ay 3rd)
