Does Oasis really not have enough money to rent decent servers?

I am getting random disconnects really for no reason, especially during plunder time, and other people in my group said it happens to them too. It's starting to get annoying... In no other online game I have issues with my internet connection, so it has to be Naruto. Please fix it, I alone have payed you enough to provide server for a medium city.
