Refine Materials to higher levels

Put a system in that allows you to refine your older materials to upgrade to higher materials.

Example: I'm just listening the few items, but I would say a 5 to 1 ratio on the items. These items don't sell for crap, so this would be the only benefits to getting them. Otherwise they just take up inventory space. This could cost coins too, so it's not completely free. Gives us other things to spend coins on. (don't make it * expensive either).

Basic refine rune -> Medium refine rune

Common Thread -> Medium Thread

Common Cloth -> (Breakdown: into Common Thread)

Medium Cloth -> (Breakdown: into Medium Thread)
