Yes, Masked Man will be good even later on when GNW Treasure launches so it's not a bad ninja at all, although Jonin Minato won't be that great, not saying he's bad either, personally I would get Masked Man.

masked minato, def worth buying his kit will stop any meta nowdays and very annoying to deal against with.
