I have another yellow value on for Injury on a different weapon with level 5 runes and only level 4 charm. Is the Crit value suppose to be lower or did i jus tget unlucky with my crit roll i assumed yellow values would be max but im not sure Reply

Yellow, like the other colors, is a RANGE, not a single value.

I don't really know the exact numbers, but you can think it around this away:

80-100% is yellow (lowest yellow i have is 83%)

60-79% is purple (highest purple i have is 79%, lowest is 62%)

You c*ways reroll it if you feel so, your range won't be 0-100% but 1-101% since you used the pill, it's just so.

well 89% makes me feel bad :( if breakthrough werent so hard to get maybe it would bother me so much but i had thought they change based on your charm levels or something i should have used it on my armor with two yellow 98%s sigh
