Does that changes lead to the other 4 frags since its ridiculous just to try and get the other 4 tendo frags no wonder theres scandal upon scandal revolving around oasis

If you decide to check out the other older servers (China, Taiwan, Germany), they have the update of UT where you have more levels and rewards such as tendo frags. Since, Germany got their update about a month ago and we usually get their updates right after, we should expect it very soon.
