wait what... so the position considered is 1-4 only not the entire 3x3???

Example:

this is the "Arena" (have quotation mark to emphasize that the opponent's position 1 is the upperleft)

My lineup is this:

Ginkaku-X-ninja2

ninja3-X-X

ninja4-X-X

VS opponent:

ninja1-X-X

ninja2-X-X

tobi-X-ninja4

If ginkaku and tobi used their mystery against each other who would go first?? assuming they have the "same initiative"... Would ginkaku go first since we are only considering 4 positions (ginkaku= position2 || tobi= position3) ??? or would tobi go first since we are considering the entire 3x3 (ginkaku=position7 || tobi=position 3) ??? thanks for the answer i'm just confused by it... I know that it is already been answered but just to double check
