You do realize there is 9 positions to place your ninjas right? So yes there is a position 5 which in in the middle of the 3 x 3 grid. This is what I'm talking about. You are talking about 1 thing and I'm talking about another.

sed on what you say it is very possible because hinata in position 5 has the "move 1" while your roshi in position 2 have "move 2", in other words positions aren't important as much as "move" order is, you can have a ninja in position 6 outspeed another in opposing team position 1 if he have higher initiative (cause both of them are fighting the "move 1") hope you understand. -
