Can Masked Man remove shields and buffs of immune ninjas like Roshi?

So he doesn't remove temporary buffs and shield on Roshi? I knew already he can't remove his passive immune and scaling buff.

No, no, he removes shields and temporary buffs on roshi and if you are faster than him you can interrupt his mystery with masked man one, but if you are asking if you can immobilize him by using the mystery the reply is no. If you ask if you reset the stacked buffs he was able to hoard during a fight by using it the reply is no also in this case. Lets say, to let you better understand, that we are in round 2 and that you are fighting an earth main bee sst wb asuma roshi lineup (very subar one but lets go with it... ), that his roshi have 8k shields, that is buffed with earth enhancement and that your ninjas hit him 3 times, so he stacked 24% ninjutsu and 12% defense from the self stacking buff. what happens when you use on him masked man mystery? He loses the 30% buff from bee passive, he loses the 40% buff from earth enhancement and loses the 8k shield, but don't lose the 24/12% bonus he stacked and don't lose wb asuma enhancement if is full hp because is not a temporary buff. I hope this cleared the doubts.

Yup, as I expected. Thanks, Masked Man still seems a pretty good choice and that Roshi will have -12% attack, nin also.

Masked Man is a good counter for any jinchuriki and good against roshi it removes his shields, ignore defense and decrease his attack.

have seen this team..dont know the order of player or combos....but works * goood....onoki, masked man, cursed hidan and scarlet blaze

Masked man is mostly counter to blitz jinchuriki dont really care about him since most of them are immune to immobilise and with roshi he ll just burn up attacking him

I seen a couple of people use a light main team of masked man, Kakashi beheading sword, and iruka.
