Should be cross-server right away.. when i started on my server and got into it for the first time i got stomped by people who had more battle power than the strongest of my server.

Yupz, just as it was explained by Zelgadis. It is normally 60 days from when your server started, however there is a rule in place where it qill not become active in the middle of a month/season. So it will be implemented the following firat day of the month. If any issues arise where you get it to early or too late, please contact customer support directly.
