I did a recharge yesterday on 10/22/2017 through Skrill, theoretically this recharging method should be processed in a few moments, but I still have not got confirmation of payment. As i play a server on a foreign server to my country, Astopay act as an intermediary for payment. I wonder what I should do.

You can contact Customer Support for payment issues via Client by clicking the "?". Create a ticket and explain the situation.

They'll be better able to assist you as they'll ask you for information to sort out the issue.
