Asuma passive is 30% tai / 30% nin increase when somebody is at full hp. Whether its better or worse than other 30/30 buffs, you need to consider who are you facing- han cant remove that buff, but any dmg dealt will remove it. It also doesn't expire like all (except skillbroken hokage buffs) other buffs.
