1＃ Go ToWhat i'd like to know is how much does wind blade asuma actually buff ninjas by? The desc
ription for his 'Pose of Invincibility' passive says it 'Significantly increase the ninjutsu and attack attributes for all ninjas with full life in your own lineup' Now not disputing he buffs your team a hell of a lot when you have full health, but what % is it exactly? And compared to other ninjas, is WB Asuma better?
*note, we're assuming full hp on all ninjas.
Iruka, Guy, Konan, Pain-Chikushodo, Pain-Shurado, Sasuke[playboy], Hashirama, Tobirama, Killer Bee, Mifune, Samui... these are all ninjas that have more specific buffs to offensive stats (commonly 30% or 40% buff to attack or ninjutsu, or buffs to specific types of ninjas like jinchuriki or swordsmen)
Then you have ninjas like GNW Tenten (15% crit rate buff), which is arguably also equivalent to a 30% buff (assuming 100 shots of 1 dmg each, a 15% crit buff where crit does 2x dmg means you do 130 dmg instead of 100).
So my question is, is WB Asuma's buff superior to the 30% buffs on attack? 40% buff? how about 30% increase to both attack and nin? or a 15% crit rate?
I hope somebody has managed to actually test this thing out, would be real helpful in creating good damage-dealer teams.

Asuma passive is 30% tai / 30% nin increase when somebody is at full hp. Whether its better or worse than other 30/30 buffs, you need to consider who are you facing- han cant remove that buff, but any dmg dealt will remove it. It also doesn't expire like all (except skillbroken hokage buffs) other buffs.

It also doesn't expire like all (except skillbroken hokage buffs) other buffs.
Everything said here^ is true and it's also good for the fact it's one of the few that buffs tai/nin and effects ALL ninjas so it's easy to add to any team.
WB himself isn't that great, the sweep attack is decent but it's not a must have.

He is good for turn 1 blitz. There are too many poison water teams around, so his utility is almost every time negated turn 2. Consider also that he is the only ninja atm who can give bonus chakra (so he is great for tendo teams, i.e.) and give extra buffs at the same time.

WB asuma and edo asuma are both excellent choices for any blitzy setup for many reasons.
1. His buff is one of those most versatile in terms of who its usable with due to only needing full hp on the desired ninja, + only fully stops working if he dies
2. His buff is one of the few that can be used with any other buff and still work, i.e iruka and bee buffs don't stack but Wb can stack with either.
3. He gives an early chakra advantage allowing for more things to be cast 1st round, which is only really beaten by his edo version on edo teams
4. His kit basically leaves him in the always viable category of ninja since the only time that he is beaten at his particular role is his edo form for edo teams.
5. In the current u.s version Wb iruka and barrier ninja is the go to setup for kyuubi or summon fights.

Edo Asuma's buff applies to all 3 teams on your side, not just your 4 ninja. So, he is slightly better than WB Asuma. I've tried swapping between the 2 for group summon fights, and they give the exact same damage buff amount.
I will have to test if its true myself, since group summons are not that controlled of environment. I know that his chakra increase doesn't cross fields so there is still value in regular wb, also helps that wb is much easier to get than Edo asuma.

And no, edo asuma only buffs his team, not the field.
