She said, and I quote "bot program?"
This can be interrupted a number of ways, not necessarily "doesn't know it's existence"
1. She could be asking how could bot program be related.
2. She could be asking whether it is the bot that's doing this.
Even in her later reply, after your post here, what she said can fall under "no, bot didn't do this" as opposed to "I did not use bot".
Fact of the matter is, she STILL have not denied using bot.
She has also not yet denied giving the account to anyone else, who might or might not be doing this and might or might not have used bot which caused this.

People really need to know how to properly respond in complete and non-ambiguous languages. I mean I don't expect everyone to become a lawyer or anything, but is a "Yes I did" or "No I didn't" so hard to say? If anything, vague response are usually viewed as evasion, which implies guilt. So don't be vague, be clear and concise.
It could be the lack of knowledge in the English language for the lack of clarity of her saying it. Even if she is bad in English, you're right about her not saying "no i don't use bot". If she did use it, she could be trying to hide the fact she did use and does not want to look like a fool for using the 3rd party program. Whether or not she used the program, she now knows (hopefully after her incident) from the people who replied is do not use a 3rd-party program unless you want to take the risk of being *ed.
