I don't know where should I place this thread, but uhm, I need help :( please help me!
so here it is, someone is using my account recently. I don't know how or where he/she gets my account. he/she owns my one and only account (S143-Gamakichi Name: Angelique), and obviously he/she had my oasis account, too. the worst is, he/she already set my account security on http://www.oasgames.com. I can't even change the security questions since he/she already set questions. I have no idea how to retrieve it. if anyone who knows how to get back my precious account, please help me!
the bottomline is, he/she spends lots of my coupons, seals, scrolls, etc. and I just f**ked up. I lost all of my efforts just to save on it for future events.
as far as I investigate, he/she had bound his Gmail account on my oasis' : jhinjinx436@gmail.com
also, if anyone of you here knows how to delete an oasis account or any method how to retrieve it.. can you pm me up?
If u use it u your acc is really high risk being h4cked

There is nothing we can dosweet heart ask the administrator and morderators
OKay first off, stop oogling at my kaa-chan! Second, since she's asking what's 'bot-program', it's possible she doesn't know it's existence since she had to take care of her sick mother for about a month at least. And the bots arrived just recently. Trust me, I would know because I'm her 'sochi' and now, she barely plunders. That's because I barely see her IGN red.
Modeators of the Bugs & Support Section, I dearly hope you can help out the in-game friend I call 'kaa-chan'. From my knowledge, she hasn't done anything bad in the game. She doesn't deserve this :(

She said, and I quote "bot program?"
This can be interrupted a number of ways, not necessarily "doesn't know it's existence"
1. She could be asking how could bot program be related.
2. She could be asking whether it is the bot that's doing this.
Even in her later reply, after your post here, what she said can fall under "no, bot didn't do this" as opposed to "I did not use bot".
Fact of the matter is, she STILL have not denied using bot.
She has also not yet denied giving the account to anyone else, who might or might not be doing this and might or might not have used bot which caused this.
So thus far, ba
People really need to know how to properly respond in complete and non-ambiguous languages. I mean I don't expect everyone to become a lawyer or anything, but is a "Yes I did" or "No I didn't" so hard to say? If anything, vague response are usually viewed as evasion, which implies guilt. So don't be vague, be clear and concise.

It could be the lack of knowledge in the English language for the lack of clarity of her saying it. Even if she is bad in English, you're right about her not saying "no i don't use bot". If she did use it, she could be trying to hide the fact she did use and does not want to look like a fool for using the 3rd party program. Whether or not she used the program, she now knows (hopefully after her incident) from the people who replied is do not use a 3rd-party program unless you want to take the risk of being *ed.
