1) Yes
2) Poison characters such as water main, Shizune. Or any wind ninja team, like Gaara buff
3) I have not been, but his 3* version is good. If you like Kank, try to get his GNW version, because it's alot stronger I've seen.

2) Kakashi, Temari, Sasuke, Tayuya (2 star), Hinata, Choji, Lee, Asuma, etc. (3+ star)
3) Have 2 star atm, so no. Not yet. ;P
